On April 19, the commencement ceremony for Suzhou TFC Optical Communication Co., Ltd.’s new headquarters (Next-Generation Optical Devices Project) was held in Suzhou National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. Mike Zou, Chairman of Suzhou TFC Optical Communication Co., Ltd., Lucy Ou, President of the company, together with the company's senior management team, attended the ceremony alongside government leaders of Suzhou. 

TFC New Headquarters (Next-Gen Optical Devices Project) – Groundbreaking Ceremony

As a global leader in the optical device industry, TFC is also among the first in the sector to achieve mass production of 800G and 1.6T optical engines. Its products are mainly applied in optical interconnection fields such as global AI computing centers (AIDC) and data centers. The newly launched project integrates headquarters operation, high-end R&D, and intelligent manufacturing, representing a crucial strategic layout for the company to meet the demands of AI computing power and next-generation optical communications. Covering a total land area of approximately 16 acres and a total construction area of around 190,000 square meters, the project plans to build two super factories and one office & R&D building. It will focus on the R&D, manufacturing and sales of next-generation high-speed optical devices. Upon full operation, the project is expected to achieve an annual output of 1 million high-speed optical components and devices.

In his speech, Chairman Mike Zou stated that the project has received strong support from government authorities at all levels in Suzhou during its approval and implementation, which has further strengthened the company's resolve and confidence in taking root in Suzhou for long-term development. The company will strictly control project quality, safety and progress, spare no effort to promote the early completion and operation of the project, and continue to increase investment in R&D and innovation, injecting new momentum into regional economic development with advanced technologies and innovative products.
